Because VisionLine Media does Web work, people often ask us what type of computer they should buy. I usually tell them that we don’t sell computers therefore we have no clue. I can tell you that we have had several horrible experiences with Dell. Both Dell machines we have owned have had problems right from the start. One machine even failed to get through the boot cycle the first time we fired it up! Their customer service is utter crap because it is basically some guy living in a hut in a 3rd world country who is trying to understand your problems with technology. So my only real knowledge of computer brands is that I hate Dell.

On the bright side:
